Made-to-Order Products
All products sold through this store are made to order and produced specifically for each customer after purchase.
Customers are able to select customisation options such as size, colour, and finish. Production begins only after the order has been placed and the customisation details have been confirmed with the customer.
Because each item is manufactured according to the customer's specifications, products qualify as custom-made goods.
Handmade Production & Material Variations
All pieces are produced using 3D printing and hand finishing processes.
Due to the materials used and the curing process, finished pieces may show slight variations in tone, colour, transparency, surface texture, or small impurities. These variations are a natural result of the production process and the handmade elements of the work.
As stated in the product descriptions, these variations are normal characteristics of the material and manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.
Product Nature
Products offered through this store are wearable art pieces and artistic accessories intended for editorial, styling, performance, or creative use.
They are not designed as protective equipment, medical devices, or functional eyewear.
Visibility Disclaimer
Certain products may limit the wearer’s field of vision.
These pieces should not be worn while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or in any situation where a full range of vision is required for safety.
By purchasing and using the product, the customer acknowledges and accepts these limitations.
Age Requirement
Products are intended for customers 18 years of age or older.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the product.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is used in a safe and appropriate manner.
Intellectual Property
All designs, product forms, 3D models, and visual elements sold through this store are the intellectual property of Krisztian Paczolay.
Reproduction, duplication, distribution, or commercial use of these designs without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Important to note:
1. All Sales Are Strictly Final (No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges)
Every item sold on this store is custom-made to order, tailored to the specific size, finish, and specifications selected by the Buyer.
-
No Returns or Exchanges: Because each item is custom-fabricated, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or swaps under any circumstances, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, sizing errors made by the Buyer, or change of mind.
-
No Cancellations: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, production begins immediately. Orders cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded after submission.
2. Customs, Import Duties, and VAT
For all international shipments, the Buyer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for ensuring the import complies with local laws and for paying all associated fees.
-
Buyer’s Financial Responsibility: Any and all customs duties, import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), brokerage fees, or administrative fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
-
Refusal to Pay Duties: If a package is rejected, abandoned, or returned to us because the Buyer refuses or fails to pay import duties, VAT, or local taxes, no refund will be issued.
-
Return Charges: Any fees, return shipping costs, or penalties levied on us by the carrier due to the Buyer's refusal to pay customs will be billed to the Buyer, or deducted from any potential store credit (issued solely at our absolute discretion).
3. Uncollected, Refused, or Return-to-Sender Packages
Buyers are responsible for tracking their shipments and ensuring they are present to receive them or collect them from local postal facilities.
-
No Refunds for Delivery Failures: We will not issue refunds, replacements, or store credit if a package is returned to us because:
-
The shipping address provided by the Buyer at checkout was incorrect, incomplete, or invalid.
-
The Buyer failed to collect the package from a local post office or holding facility within the carrier's designated timeframe.
-
The delivery was refused by the recipient.
-
-
Reshipping Fees: If a package is returned to us due to any of the above reasons and the Buyer wishes to have it resent, the Buyer must pay a new shipping and handling fee before we dispatch the package a second time. If the Buyer chooses not to pay the reshipping fee, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
4. Product Nature: 3D Printed Character & Care
The Buyer acknowledges that 3D printing (additive manufacturing) is a unique fabrication process.
-
Aesthetic Variations: 3D-printed items naturally exhibit minor cosmetic characteristics, including visible layer lines, tiny seams, minor surface texture variations, or slight color deviations. These are not manufacturing defects; they are inherent characteristics of 3D printing. No refunds or replacements will be issued for these standard physical traits.
-
Material Sensitivity: 3D prints can deform or warp if exposed to extreme heat (such as inside a hot vehicle, near radiators, or in direct, prolonged sunlight). We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper storage, exposure to heat, or rough handling.
5. Intended Use and Absolute Liability Waiver
All items sold on this store are designed, manufactured, and sold strictly as decorative fashion accessories, artistic props, and display pieces.

Pro-Tip for Shopify Setup:
In your Shopify Admin, go to Settings > Customer Checkout and look for the Consent for Terms of Service option. Set it so customers must check a box agreeing to your terms before they can click the buy button. This prevents customers from opening PayPal or credit card chargebacks claiming they "didn't know" the store policy.
Would you like to add a specific clause outlining how you handle items that are genuinely damaged in transit by the shipping carrier, or do you want to keep a strict "no refunds under any circumstances" stance even for postal damage?
