Refund & Returns Policy
All pieces are produced exclusively as made-to-order items.
Each product is individually manufactured after purchase based on the customisation choices selected by the customer, such as size, colour, and finish. Production begins only after the order has been placed and the customisation details have been confirmed with the customer.
Because every item is custom made according to the customer’s specifications, orders fall under the exception to the EU 14-day withdrawal right for personalised goods as defined in Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.
Handmade and Material Variations
All pieces are produced using 3D printing and hand finishing processes. Due to the materials used and the curing process, natural variations can occur.
As noted in the product descriptions, finished pieces may show slight differences in tone, shade, texture, or transparency. These variations are a normal part of the production process and the handmade finishing, and they do not qualify as defects or grounds for returns or refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging so the issue can be assessed. If confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution such as repair or replacement.
